Food Festival
This year marks the first ever New Forest Food & Drink Festival. As part of a great line-up of events happening across The New Forest from 31st October - 6th November, Daisybank will be hosting some of their most popular producers for three very special days of demonstrations and tasting sessions. Each of these events will be included in the price of an overnight stay. We still have some rooms available, so book soon to make sure you do not miss out.
New Forest Festive Treats
Monday 31st October, 12 noon. Two multi award-winning New Forest artisans, Kerry Witt of Chocolate by Miss Witt and Jen Williams of Naked Jam, will be doing demonstrations (with tasting opportunities!) of some of their most popular recipes. There will also be delicious stocking fillers to take home with you.

New Forest Tipple Wednesday 2nd November, 6pm. Infused with local ingredients, Dancing Cows’ spirits and beers are one of the most enjoyable ways to experience the flavours of The New Forest! Richard from Dancing Cows will be at Daisybank for a tasting afternoon and to share the secrets of the fascinating process of creating his unique beverages.
New Forest Crunch
Thursday 3rd November, 12 noon. The Great British Biscotti Co have given biscotti a serious makeover and the exciting flavours being produced by this New Forest company are beginning to hit the big time. With both sweet and savoury varieties, biscotti is no longer just for dunking in a hot cup of coffee but can also provide the perfect accompaniment to cheeseboards, charcuteries etc. Rebecca from the Great British Biscotti Co will be giving a demonstration at Daisybank, with lots of tasting opportunities and some biscotti to take home with you.
