Cottage Layout

Our three beautiful suites are all situated on the ground floor. We have done our best to make Daisybank Cottage as accessible as possible, whilst making sure the style and luxury is never compromised.

There is disabled parking available at the front of The Cottage, we ask that all other guests use the main car park. There are two steps at the front door, both 6 inches high. We have a ramp, which can be used easily at the front and/or the back of The Cottage, please ask if you would like to use it.

In The Courtyard Suite there is a small step from the bedroom to the courtyard.

In The Marryat Suite there is a small ledge (approximately 1 inch high) to the terrace.

Wheelchair Access

The doors throughout the Cottage are wide enough for most wheelchairs. Our daughter occasionally uses a wheelchair, which is 54cm wide. She has absolutely no problem accessing any of the rooms or en-suites, which all have enough space for turning the wheelchair, as does The Breakfast Room. We are a disabled-friendly Boutique Bed and Breakfast, however we are not a fully disabled establishment. If you need any more information please don’t hesitate to give us a call.
